We’re super excited to be hosting our 2017/2018 annual general meeting, and we invite all students and community members to attend.
The AGM is taking place from 5:30pm – 6:30pm at the Ad-Hum Boardroom, in the Administration-Humanities Building at the University of Regina. The Boardroom is on the 5th floor of Ad-Hum.
The agenda for this AGM will include:
- Reviewing the Annual Report
- Reviewing and accepting the 2017/2018 financial statements
- Passing the 2018/2019 budget
- Waiving a review and audit for the 2018/2019 fiscal year
- Electing a new board of directors
If you would like to run for our board of directors, we ask that you fill out this nomination form and submit it over e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by October 28th at 5:30pm or by bringing it to the meeting.
