Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is a day that takes place every year on November 20th to memorialize those who have been killed due to transphobic, transmisogynistic, cissexist and transmisogynoir violence. To often, trans people are not remembered in their death in a way that pays respect and offers love to who they truly are. TDOR is about grieving the lives lost because of transphobic violence in our communities, but also about cisgender (non-trans) people making commitments to do better.

Join us on November 20th in the Riddell Centre to remember and memorialize the lives lost due to transphobic violence, and make a commitment to do tangible things that will support trans people on our campus and in our community.
