We’re so excited to announce that The Owl is selling Queen City Pride & Rebellion‘s Pride Beer “The ’89” until supplies last!

The best part about it is that proceeds from every pint sold will be donated to the UR Pride Centre. This means that you can keep Pride going as long as possible, while making a difference on campus.

Check it out, and try the delicious beer!

The ’89 is named after the first Pride parade that happened in Regina, in 1989. People marched without a permit, as it was denied by the Regina Police Service at the time, and some individuals even wore masks out of fear of losing their jobs. Celebrate Pride on campus, and try an ’89!
